Kata Sea View Villas

Every villa at Kata Sea View Villas has its own private pool, bedrooms and bathroom. The villas have three or four bedrooms and come in Thai-style or modern designs, and several have sea views while one overlooks the mountains. Capacity runs from three guests up to eleven.

Most villas have a bathtub and a hair dryer, and some have a separate shower and bathtub, a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, air conditioning, a kitchenette, a microwave or a private entrance. The four-bedroom villas sleep up to eleven guests, and the three-bedroom villas sleep from three to eight guests, so the choice of villa depends on the size of your group.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a garden and a massage service, and there is a golf course within 3 km. Diving, fishing and tours are offered.

An airport transfer, car hire and a shuttle service are offered at the resort, and luggage storage and concierge services are available. Grocery delivery and food delivery are offered, and there are BBQ facilities.

A 24-hour front desk and a laundry service are on site, and the resort has a poolside bar and restaurants. Asian and continental breakfast is offered, and family rooms are available for groups travelling together. English and Thai are spoken at the front desk and by the staff.

Kata is a beach area on the Andaman side of Phuket, with a wide sandy bay and a village of small hotels, shops and food stalls along the beach roads. It suits those who want the sea close by and the rest of the island to explore from there.

Kata Beach is 1.3 km from the resort, and Kata Noi, a smaller and quieter beach next to it, is 2.1 km away. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on Nakkerd Hill, is 800 m away, and the pagoda Wat Kitti Sangkharam is close by. Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is 4.1 km away and is one of the most important temples on the island. Phuket International Airport is 32.3 km away, and a minibus station is nearby. Kata Open Market and the Kata Walking Street night market are also in the area, and Phuket FantaSea lies further along the coast.

A day could start with a swim at Kata Noi, continue to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and end at the Kata Walking Street night market. For a quieter afternoon, the smaller beach at Kata Noi is the easier choice, and after dark the walking street offers more to do. The resort offers an airport transfer, car hire and a shuttle service.
