Air conditioning is in all the rooms, and sizes, beds and bathrooms vary between rooms. The rooms measure between 12 m² and 90 m²: some have a double bed with a private or shared bathroom, and the 90 m² room has a single bunk bed for one guest. Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, a garden view or a city view, while others have a fan, a refrigerator or a laptop safe box. Toiletries and free bottled water are provided in each room. The double-bed rooms sleep two guests, and the room with a bunk bed sleeps one.

The shared lounge and TV area is a place where guests can gather around a large-screen TV, and massage is available at the hotel. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, WiFi also covers the public areas, and there is on-site parking.

Kata is one of the livelier beach areas on Phuket, with surfers in the sea, street-food stalls and small shops along the roads, and a night market that opens in the evening. Kata Beach is the nearest beach to the hotel, so the sand, the shops and the market are all close at hand. Karon Beach is the next beach along the coast from Kata. The hotel is in Kata rather than Patong, so the busy nightlife of Patong is a trip away rather than a walk.

The Big Buddha, a large white seated statue on the Nakkerd Hills, is 1.3 km from the hotel. Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is one of the most revered temples on the island and lies 4.7 km away, while Patong Beach is 7.2 km away with Bangla Road as its nightlife street. Phuket International Airport is 32.2 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer; a minibus station is 600 m from the hotel for onward trips.

A good day starts with the sea at Kata, continues with the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and ends at the Kata Night Market in the evening. Karon Beach is next door, so a second beach is easy to add to the day, and the evening market is close to the hotel as well.
