Kasemsuk Guesthouse

Kasemsuk Guesthouse has double and twin rooms in several layouts. Rooms of 20 m² sleep up to two guests, with either a queen bed or two single beds, while other rooms sleep up to three or four guests, including rooms without a window.

The 20 m² rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and a flat-screen TV, and two of them, the Deluxe Double Garden View and the Standard Double Room, overlook the garden.

Karon Beach is a long stretch of sand between Kata and Patong, and Kasemsuk Guesthouse sits on Patak Road, a short walk from the water. The area is a neighbourhood of guesthouses, small shops and street stalls, with food stalls and massage shops along the beach road, so there is plenty to see close to the hotel. Visitors come for the beach, the seafront restaurants and the lively evenings, and the area suits those who want a beach holiday with easy access to the rest of the island.

Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hill with views over the island, is 1.9 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.7 km away and is one of the most revered temples in Phuket, while Phuket FantaSea, a large cultural show and theme park, is 14 km away.

A good day could start with a swim at Karon Beach, continue with Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end at the Kata Walking Street Night Market in the evening. Phuket International Airport, 31.1 km away, is the nearest airport, and Patong Beach, the island's best-known beach with its nightlife, is also reached by road from here.
