Kantiang Oasis Resort and Spa

Most rooms at Kantiang Oasis Resort and Spa look over the garden. Several have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and some have a TV with satellite channels or a mosquito net. Rooms can also have showers, toiletries, an electric kettle and an additional bathroom.

The 52 m² Two Bed Room Suite sleeps up to five guests, and the Vacation Home, at 12 m², sleeps up to four and offers a choice of bed set-ups. The rest of the rooms sleep up to three, with the One-Bedroom House sleeping up to two. The pools, the spa and the private beach are all part of the resort.

There are two swimming pools, one outdoors and one indoors, plus a fitness centre and a spa offering sauna and massage. The resort also has a private beach, and it is one of the places on Koh Lanta where you can swim straight from the grounds.

Kantiang Oasis Resort and Spa is on Kantiang Bay, on Koh Lanta Yai, the largest island in the Koh Lanta district of Krabi province. The coast here is quiet, and the resort has its own private beach, so the sea is close to the rooms. The sights further across the island can be reached by road once you arrive by ferry.

The nearest sights are Ba Kan Tiang Beach, 550 m away, and the Statue of Koh Lanta, 200 m from the resort. Khao Mai Kaew Cave is 3.8 km away, and Lanta Old Town, the island's old town centre, is 4.4 km away. Mu Ko Lanta National Park protects a group of islands, beaches and coral reefs, and it lies further off, best reached by boat.

Koh Lanta is reached by ferry from the mainland, so plan the last stage of the journey by boat. Krabi International Airport is 67.3 km away on the mainland, and the resort offers an airport transfer service and car hire. Diving and snorkelling are among the activities offered, and the Go Dive Kantiang Scuba Diving Center is next to the resort. Boat trips depend on the weather, and the sea can be rough in the rainy months. For a full day out, the national park is the natural choice.
