Kantawan House

Every room at Kantawan House has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and every room has a queen bed. Where a room sleeps three, a single bed is added to the queen bed, and some rooms have a full kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator.

Some rooms have a city view and look out over the city, some have a shared bathroom and others a shower and toiletries. Kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator and a washing machine appear in several rooms, and ironing facilities and closets are also provided across the rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Air conditioning is in every room.

Kantawan House offers luggage storage, express and private check-in and check-out are both offered, and there is a shuttle service and a taxi service. On-site parking is free, and bicycle and valet parking are also offered. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas, and bicycles can be parked on site.

Kantawan House sits on Maharaj Road in Krabi Town, the provincial capital, a compact mainland town rather than a beach resort. The streets around the guesthouse are lined with shops and local businesses, making it a practical base for travellers who want everyday town life and easy access to the coast. Compared with the beach areas, the town has a more local feel.

The Andaman Museum is 200 m away, and Maharaj Market is 300 m away. Krabi Weekend Night Market is 650 m away, and Wat Kaew Korawaram, a temple, is also nearby. Chaofa Pier, a ferry terminal, is 1 km away, and the Andaman Beads Museum is close by too.

For the coast, Ao Nang Beach is reached by road, while Railay, accessible only by boat, is known for its limestone cliffs. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside temple, is 6.2 km away, and a good day can combine it with an evening stroll along Krabi Walking Street. For the islands, Poda and Tup are reached by boat, while Krabi International Airport is the closest airport to the guesthouse. The temple and museum stops together make a relaxed half-day around town, and the coast is never far away.
