Kaixolipe Resort

Every room at Kaixolipe Resort has a balcony or terrace. The accommodation is made up of bungalows and a family room, measuring between 16 and 26 m², with nature, garden or ocean views depending on the room. Beds are double, king or queen, and the family room offers a choice of bed set-ups for up to four guests.

The rooms with a king bed look out on a nature or garden view. The Bungalow Beachfront has an ocean view and a private entrance, and capacity runs from two guests to four. Several rooms have a seating area and a desk, and the family room has a refrigerator and a DVD/CD player.

Kaixolipe Resort is beachfront, with Sunrise Beach 50 m away, and tours can be arranged through the property. The resort offers service in English and Thai.

Internet access is available in the public areas. A family room sleeps up to four guests, and children aged 2 to 3 can stay using the existing bedding at no extra charge.

Kaixolipe Resort stands in the Sunrise Beach area of Ko Lipe, a small island in the Andaman Sea off the coast of Satun province, and Sunrise Beach itself is 50 m from the property. Ko Lipe is part of Tarutao National Park, and the island is a place for the sea, its beaches and short boat trips rather than for big-city life. The village of Ban Ko Li Pe is close by, and the island's main lanes are small enough to explore on foot.

Walking Street, the main lane of the village, is 750 m away, and the Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal is 850 m from the resort, and it is where boats from the mainland arrive. Karma Beach, Pattaya Beach and Sunset Beach are other beaches on the island, each one a separate stretch of sand reached from the village.

Koh Adang, 5.8 km away, is one of the islands near Ko Lipe, and Koh Sawang and Koh Hin Son lie further out. A day can start with a swim at Sunrise Beach and continue with a boat trip to these islands. Visitors who want a quieter day can stay on Ko Lipe and walk between the beaches. In the rainy season, rough seas can stop boat trips to the outer islands.
