The villa is let as a whole, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and 320 m² of space. It sleeps up to four guests and has a garden view, a bathtub and air conditioning, with a private entrance leading into the house.

The sleeping arrangement is a choice of bed set-ups. Other comforts include an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, towels and toiletries, along with a shower.

Free parking and a fully equipped kitchen are available at the villa, and pets are allowed. Linens and towels are provided, along with a closet and a private entrance to the house.

Comfort features include air conditioning, a fan, a TV, a bathtub, a hairdryer and toiletries. English, Russian, Spanish and Thai are spoken.

Guests can use the saltwater swimming pool, the lush garden and the terrace, which are the villa's outdoor areas, alongside the kitchen and dining area indoors.

Wok Tum is a village area on Ko Pha-ngan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Surat Thani province. The villa sits among villages, forested hills and small bays, and the area has a quieter feel than the island's busiest beaches. Days here tend to revolve around the sea and the hills rather than the nightlife of the island's better-known beaches, which suits guests who want a calmer base on Ko Pha-ngan.

Ao Wok Tum beach is 2.5 km away, in the bay that gives the area its name. Phaeng Waterfall lies 1.2 km away, set among the hills of the interior, and the Dom Sila Viewpoint is 1.5 km away, looking out over the island's landscape. Somporn Park, where you can go elephant trekking, is close by, and Wat Ma Due Wan, a Buddhist pagoda, sits a short distance from the villa.

The nearest airport is Samui Airport, about 22 km from the villa, but it is on the neighbouring island of Koh Samui, so the crossing to Ko Pha-ngan is by ferry. Once on the island, the villa is reached by road, and the usual way to move around the area is by scooter or by songthaew, the local shared pickup. A day could begin at Phaeng Waterfall, continue to Ao Wok Tum beach in the afternoon, and end back at the villa's saltwater pool.
