Jungle Village Bungalows

Jungle Village Bungalows has standard rooms, bungalows, studios, apartments and villas, many of them with a pool view or a garden view. Most rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, and several have a balcony or terrace.

A three-bedroom villa with its own private pool and a balcony or terrace sleeps up to six guests, and the two-bedroom apartment and the Pool Villa each sleep up to five. The studio and the garden bungalow each sleep up to three. Many rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, several rooms are available on the ground floor, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Guests can use an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool. A massage service, a solarium and billiards are also available, and there is a shared lounge and TV area for relaxing.

Getting around can be arranged through an airport transfer, a shuttle service, car hire and a taxi service, and tours can be arranged too. Luggage storage, a concierge, ticket services and laundry service are also offered.

For meals, there is a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop, a snack bar and room service, with buffet and continental breakfast, a halal restaurant, food delivery and a kitchen. Kids meals are offered, and free parking and on-site parking are available.

Ao Nang is a lively beach town on the Andaman coast of Krabi province, with limestone cliffs rising above the bay and a busy beach road lined with street-food stalls and massage shops. Jungle Village Bungalows stands in the Ao Nang area, and the resort itself is set among garden surroundings, with pool views from many of its rooms.

Ao Nang Beach is 2.6 km from the resort, and Railay Beach, 3.7 km away, is usually reached by longtail boat from Ao Nang. Its limestone cliffs and caves make it a popular day trip from the town. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside temple complex near Krabi town, is 12.7 km from the resort and makes a good half-day outing by road. The Mountain Buddha Temple and the Weekend Market are both closer, and they are a short drive or a short walk from the resort area.

A good day could begin with a boat trip from the Ao Nang pier to Railay, followed by a swim and a late lunch back in Ao Nang. The islands of Poda and Tup can also be reached by longtail boat from the same coast, and the town's restaurants and shops are easy to reach on the way back. Boat trips depend on the sea, so a day on the water can be shaped by the weather.
