Joy Houses

Every room at Joy Houses has air conditioning and a private entrance. Room sizes go from 10 m² to 45 m², and capacity goes up to four guests in the Deluxe Sea View room, so the rooms fit couples as well as small groups.

Across the property, rooms can include a balcony or terrace, a desk, an in-room safe, a seating area and a kitchenette, and several rooms face the sea. Private bathrooms come with a shower, toiletries and towels, and some rooms have a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The rooms also have free bottled water and a mini bar.

The property has a restaurant, a snack bar, a bar and BBQ facilities, so guests can eat and drink on site. The garden and the terrace are open spaces for relaxing, and a massage service is also offered. Joy Houses is in Haad Rin, the beach area of Ko Pha-ngan known for the Full Moon Party. Bars, small restaurants and guesthouses line the roads back from the sand, and the area is lively in the evenings, with the beach and the nightlife within walking distance.

Haad Rin Nai beach is 400 m away, a short walk down to the sand, and the Haad Rin Queen Ferry Pier is 850 m from the property, handy if you are moving on by boat. Samui Airport is the nearest airport in a straight line, at 14.8 km, but reaching it means a sea crossing to Samui, so the last part of the journey to the island is by boat.

A good first day is a walk down to Haad Rin Nai beach, a massage, and dinner in one of the restaurants along the Haad Rin roads. Around the full moon, the party held at Haad Rin, 1.3 km away, fills the beach, so the area is busiest on those nights. After a day on the sand, the garden at Joy Houses and a massage at the property are a quieter way to finish the day, and the island's roads make it easy to reach the other beaches by road.
