Freedom Beach is a quieter cove further out, while Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is a major Buddhist temple 6.7 km away. The Big Buddha Phuket stands on a hill 7.2 km from the hotel. For the evenings, the Banzaan Fresh Market (Night) is a short walk from the hotel, where the stalls run late into the night.

Phuket International Airport is 24.6 km away, and the trip from there to Patong is by road. A good day could start at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, then continue with a walk along Bangla Road and the beach in the evening. Phuket FantaSea, a large entertainment complex with shows and dinner, is also a short drive from the hotel.
