Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi

The resort has rooms with ocean, mountain, garden, sea and beach views, as well as suites. The 22 m² rooms have an ocean or mountain view, the 60 m² One Bedroom Suite overlooks the garden, and the 86 m² two-bedroom suites have space for up to five guests.

Several rooms have a bathtub, and those with a private bathroom come with bathrobes, toiletries and towels. Some rooms also have satellite or cable channels, a telephone and a streaming service. The sea-view options include the 42 m² Honeymoon Suite and one 86 m² two-bedroom suite, both with a bathtub. Rooms can also have a refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker, and blackout curtains.

The dining choices include a restaurant, a coffee shop, a poolside bar and a snack bar, with 24-hour room service and breakfast in the room. Parking is free and on site, and the resort has meeting and banquet facilities, a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, a garden and a terrace. Laundry service, ironing service and currency exchange are also offered.

Chaweng Noi is a beach area on Koh Samui, and the resort is 100 m from Chaweng Noi Beach. The busier Chaweng beach area is a short drive away, so guests can choose a quieter base and still reach the island's nightlife and beach road. Guests can also use the resort's own private beach for a swim.

Lamai Beach is 3.4 km along the coast, and the Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, known as the Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks, are 5.8 km away. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hill, is 7.6 km from the resort, while Na Muang Waterfall lies a little further inland. Wat Chaweng, a Buddhist pagoda, is 3.4 km away, and the walking street and the night markets of Lamai are further along the road.

A good day could start with a swim at the private beach, then a trip to the rocks at Hin Ta and Hin Yai, and an afternoon at the Big Buddha. Car hire and a taxi service are offered at the resort for the longer trips along the coast. Back at the resort, the garden, the terrace and the shared lounge are good places to end a day on the coast.
