iLife Residence

The rooms at iLife Residence run from the Superior Double Room and Superior Twin Room, 21 m² each for up to two guests, to the Superior Room and the Twin Superior, which sleep up to four and five guests. Rooms can have air conditioning, soundproofing, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a flat-screen TV, a telephone and a desk.

A double bed is provided in the Superior Double Room, and the Superior Twin Room has two single beds. The Double Bed Room (No Window) sleeps up to four guests, and the Premier Double or Twin and the Deluxe Double or Twin Room sleep up to three. Extra beds depend on the room you choose, and an extra bed carries an additional charge.

Guests can eat at the restaurants on site or order room service, and the hotel also has a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, currency exchange, luggage storage and daily housekeeping. Guests who arrive before check-in or leave after check-out can leave their bags in the luggage storage.

iLife Residence is in Chalong, a residential district of Phuket built around the bay of the same name. The streets mix local shops and markets with temples and easy access to the island's beaches, and the area appeals to travellers who want everyday Phuket rather than the busy resort strips.

Chalong Beach is the nearest beach, 850 m from the hotel, while Wat Chalong, one of the island's most revered Buddhist temples, is 2.9 km away. The Big Buddha, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 3.1 km from the hotel, and Chalong Pier is the ferry terminal for boats to the nearby islands. Phuket International Airport is 32.4 km away, and because Phuket is linked to the mainland by a road bridge, a car or taxi is the simplest way to get from the airport to the hotel.

A good day could begin at the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, followed by lunch near the bay and a walk through the Phuket Botanic Garden, which has collections of tropical plants. In the evening, the Night Market is close to the hotel, and Chalong Beach is a short distance away for an evening stroll. For a longer day at the sea, Kata Beach, a popular sandy beach, is 4.6 km from the hotel.
