Hiran Residence

The rooms at Hiran Residence have double, queen and king beds, with twin single beds in one room. Some of them have a balcony, and the views include the city, the countryside, the mountains and, in one room, a partial sea view. Rooms are set up for two or three guests, and the room sizes given in the listings are between 36 and 38 m² where they are stated for the room.

Rooms can have air conditioning, a safe, a seating area, a refrigerator, a hair dryer and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a bathtub, and some have a walk-in shower or a separate shower and bathtub, with a shared lounge and a library elsewhere in the building.

Patong is one of the best-known beach towns on Phuket, built around a long sandy bay with a busy nightlife strip that runs back from the sand. Hiran Residence is 500 m from Patong Beach, and the lively Bangla Road is 1.1 km away. Restaurants, bars and shops fill the streets around the bay, so most evenings are spent close to the sea.

Kalim Beach, 1.2 km away, is a quieter stretch of sand to the north of Patong. The Jungceylon Shopping Center is a large mall in the same area, and the night market in the evening serves street food and stalls. Phuket International Airport is 23.3 km away, and the island is linked to the mainland by bridge, so the way to the area is by road. Bangla Road, with its bars and clubs, is the place to go after dark, and the streets around it stay busy late into the evening.

A day out could take in the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop 8.4 km away with wide views over the island. Back in Patong, the evening markets and the bars of Bangla Road make a simple end to the day, and the beach is a short ride back from the hills.
