Happy Guesthouse offers a 26 m² room with a king bed for up to two guests, with a city view from its balcony or terrace. Rooms can also be fitted with a refrigerator, an in-room safe box and a shower, and a TV is included.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and a baby cot or crib can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability. The king bed suits a couple or two travellers sharing, and check-in opens at 14:00 and runs until 23:00.

Happy Guesthouse is in Patong, one of the best-known beach towns on Phuket, with Patong Beach 450 m away. The streets around it are lined with restaurants, bars, massage shops and food stalls that stay busy into the evening. Patong Beach is a wide bay, with the road running behind it past cafés and shops.

Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs that gives Patong much of its nightlife, is 350 m away, and Jungceylon Shopping Center is the same distance. Kalim Beach, a quieter beach a little further along the shore, is a calmer option than the busy centre. Further out, Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is one of the most revered Buddhist temples on Phuket, 6.7 km away, and Big Buddha Phuket, the hilltop statue, sits 7.7 km away. Phuket FantaSea, with its evening cultural show, is also reachable by road.

A full day could start with a swim at Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end with dinner at Kata Beach or Karon Beach, both further south and reached by road. Bangla Road, with its bars and clubs, is a short walk from the property, so the evening can end there.
