Hangover No 1 Hostel Patong

Rooms at Hangover No 1 Hostel Patong range from 20 m² dormitories with bunk beds to a 60 m² dormitory, and a bungalow room sleeps up to four guests. Some rooms sleep up to five people, and Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The dormitories have air conditioning and towels, and some have a locker, blackout curtains or an air purifier. The 40 m² dormitories also have a sauna and a shared bathroom with a shower, and the 60 m² dormitory has blackout curtains.

Patong is the main resort town on the west coast of Phuket, known for its long beach, its restaurants and the bars that fill its streets after dark. Na Nai Road, where the hostel stands, runs through this busy part of town, so the beach, the bars and the shops are all close by.

Patong Beach is 1.2 km away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs that drives the nightlife, is 1.3 km. Karon Beach, a long sandy beach, lies just south of Patong. Further afield, Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is a major Buddhist temple in the south of the island, and the Big Buddha Phuket is a large white statue on a hilltop. Phuket International Airport is 25.4 km from the hostel, and the hostel offers an airport transfer, a shuttle service and taxi service.

A full day can start on Patong Beach, then go on to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong in the south of the island. In the evening, Phuket FantaSea, a cultural show and theme park, is a different kind of outing, and Bangla Road is the place for nightlife after that. Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach are further south for a day by the sea.
