Bangla Road, the street of bars and nightlife, and Jungceylon Shopping Center are both close by. The Thai dragon night market is another evening option. Farther afield, Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples and sits 6.4 km away, while the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop is 7.1 km off. Phuket's other beaches, including Karon and Kata, are reached by road.

A day could begin on Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end on Bangla Road or at the night market. Phuket International Airport is 24.8 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer for guests arriving by air. Taxi service and car hire are offered for getting around the island. Evenings in Patong are the busiest part of the day, with the night markets and Bangla Road drawing crowds.
