A full day could start with the Big Buddha and finish at the Fisherman's Village Bophut Walking Street, 4.7 km from the apartment. Choeng Mon Beach is the nearest beach, so it is the natural first stop for a swim. Plai Laem Beach and the pagoda make a short morning walk from Choeng Mon, and the Bangrak fish market is a stop that fits easily into the same day. The Samui Crocodile Farm and the Samui Elephant Sanctuary Bophut are other options for a trip out from the apartment, with the elephant sanctuary in Bophut.
