Grand Hill Residence has rooms that range in size and style. They include a 35 m² sea-view room, a 70 m² junior suite, a 46 m² deluxe room with a sea view and a jacuzzi, and a 175 m² two-bedroom family suite with a nature view and a balcony.

The Santiburi golf course is nearby, and the island's best-known sights are a drive away. It suits guests who want a relaxed base by the sea with the rest of the island reachable by car.

Mae Nam Beach is 1.7 km away, and the Mae Nam Morning Market is 900 m from the resort, a good place to pick up fresh fruit and local food in the morning. Wat Phu Khao Thong, a hilltop temple with a golden chedi, is 2.1 km away, and the Bang Por Waterfall, in the hills, is 2.5 km. Samui Airport is 9.7 km from the resort, so the island is easy to reach by car from the airport.

A day out could start at the morning market, continue to the temple on the hill and end with a swim at Mae Nam Beach, the nearest beach to the resort. Waterfall walks at Bang Por and a visit to the Big Buddha make a full day on the island, and a car or scooter is the simplest way to reach them.
