A good day here combines the beach in the morning with the markets in the evening, and a trip to Wat Chalong or the Big Buddha by taxi or car hire, both of which the guesthouse offers. Freedom Beach, a quieter cove further from the crowds, is a good alternative to Patong's main beach. Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport and is reached by road from Patong, so the drive is the final part of the journey.
