Gentle Guesthouse

Every room at Gentle Guesthouse has air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms are a short distance from Patong Beach, and the choice is between a room with a balcony and a twin room with a city view.

The Double Room with Balcony measures 30 m² and has a king bed for up to two guests. The Twin Room with City View measures 36 m² and has two single beds for up to two guests. Both rooms include a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and a coffee and tea maker.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and there is also WiFi in the public areas. Air conditioning is in the rooms and in the public areas, and the property has non-smoking rooms.

Gentle Guesthouse is on Thaweewong Road in Patong, one of the best-known resort towns on Phuket. The beach is the centre of the neighbourhood, with a strip of hotels, bars, restaurants and shops running along the sand, so the area stays lively both by day and by night. From the guesthouse the sea is only a short walk away, and the evenings on the beach road are busy with diners and walkers.

Patong Beach is around 100 m from the guesthouse, and Bangla Road, the street with the town's busiest nightlife, is 300 m away. Further along the shore, Karon Beach is 3.7 km away, a long sandy beach next to Kata Beach. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the most revered temples on Phuket, is 6.7 km away. Phuket International Airport is the main arrival point for the island.

A day here can start on Patong Beach, continue to the night market or the Jungceylon Shopping Center, and end with an evening show at Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park about 7.3 km away. In the evening the beach road and Bangla Road are the places to walk, with street-food stalls and massage shops along the way, and the sea is a short stroll from either of them.
