Forra Pattaya Sea View Bungalow has three family rooms and a two-bedroom bungalow. Two of the family rooms have a sea view: one measures 50 m² and the other 40 m². The third family room, the Deluxe Family Room, also measures 40 m².

The three family rooms share the same equipment: a private entrance, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fan, a mosquito net, a coffee and tea maker, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Beds vary from single beds and queen beds to a double bed, and extra beds depend on the room you choose. The two-bedroom bungalow has a choice of bed set-ups.

The Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal, where boats from the mainland arrive, is 350 m away, and Walking Street, the island's main lane, is 450 m from the property. Karma Beach and Sunrise Beach are also nearby, and Sunset Beach is close by. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island, lies 6.1 km away by boat. The nearest airport is Trang Airport, 119.1 km away on the mainland, so the trip ends by boat.

There is plenty to do on the water: snorkelling from Pattaya Beach, canoeing along the coastline and diving for those who want to go deeper. Walking Street is the place to go for a stroll in the evening, and the garden and terrace at the property make a quiet place to rest between trips. Sunset Beach and Karma Beach are both within a short walk, so the beaches are easy to reach on foot from the bungalow.
