The rooms at Ananya Lipe Resort include deluxe rooms that overlook the pool, family suites, and suites with a sea view or a whirlpool bathtub. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer.

The Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal is 150 m away, where boats from the mainland arrive, and Sunrise Beach is 650 m away along the same coast. Sunset Beach and Karma Beach are also nearby, and the Masjid el Marhamah mosque stands in the village. The nearest airport is Trang Airport on the mainland, so the journey combines a flight, a road transfer and a boat crossing.

For a day out, the islands around Ko Lipe are reached by boat, and Koh Adang is 6.3 km away across the water. The hotel offers diving and snorkelling, so a boat day can be combined with time in the sea.
