All the rooms have a private bathroom with towels and toiletries, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, an electric kettle and a hair dryer. Sizes run from 18 m² to 140 m², from compact doubles to apartments with two bedrooms, so there is a choice for both couples and larger groups.

The rooms include apartments with a balcony, a junior suite with a terrace and a city view, a Superior King Room and two-bedroom apartments that sleep up to four guests. Each room has a private bathroom, with a walk-in shower or a shower, and the two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms and in public areas, and parking is on site. Pets are allowed. The services include a concierge, tours, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes and private check-in and check-out, with 24-hour security in place. Patong is one of the busiest beach resorts on Phuket's west coast, with a long sandy beach lined by hotels, restaurants and bars. The guesthouse stands on the busy streets of the town, close to the shops and nightlife that keep Patong lively after dark. By day the beach is the main draw, and the streets behind it fill with restaurants, bars and street-food stalls as the sun goes down.

Patong Beach is 500 m away, and Bangla Road, the town's best-known nightlife street, runs close to the guesthouse. Jungceylon Shopping Center is nearby, and the night market comes to life in the evening. Kalim Beach, a smaller beach close to Patong, is 1.7 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the best-known Buddhist temples on Phuket, is 6.7 km away. Phuket International Airport is 23.9 km away, and the trip to Patong from it is by road.

Several of the island's best-known sights are reached by road from Patong, and a good day can combine a morning at the temple with a visit to Big Buddha Phuket, the large hilltop statue, and then an evening back in Patong for the beach and the night market, or the Phuket FantaSea cultural show.
