Every room has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a hair dryer, towels and toiletries. The rooms range from a 100 m² pool villa with a pool view, sleeping up to five guests, to 50 m² bungalows with a garden view that sleep two guests each.

The pool villa has an additional toilet, bathrobes and an electric kettle, and it can be set up with a choice of bed arrangements. Its bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries. Each bungalow has a king bed, a private entrance, a coffee and tea maker, a fan and a garden view.

Free parking on site, a shuttle service, tours, car hire and a taxi service are offered, along with ticket services. There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms, and the public areas also have WiFi and wired internet, with internet services too.

For day-to-day needs there is a laundry service, dry cleaning, an ironing service, daily housekeeping, luggage storage, lockers and safety deposit boxes. Bottled water, fruit and snacks and food delivery are available too, and guests can use private BBQ facilities and a kitchenette.

Kids facilities, a playground and kids cutlery are available, and activities include diving, fishing and hiking. There is also a shared lounge and TV area and a terrace.

The villa is in the Wok Tum area of Ko Pha-ngan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand that is reached by boat from the mainland or from Ko Samui, the island with the nearest airport. The surroundings mix beaches, temples and waterfalls, and most of the sights are within a few kilometres of the villa, so the island can be explored from one base.

Hin Kong Beach lies 2.1 km from the villa, Phaeng Waterfall 1.4 km away, Ampawan Temple 1.6 km and Dom Sila Viewpoint 1.7 km. Magic Stones, a site of rock formations, are 1.5 km from the villa, while Ko Phangan Hospital, the Wat Ma Due Wan pagoda and Phantip Market are also in the area. For getting around, the villa offers a shuttle service and a taxi service, and car hire is available too.

A full day could begin at Ampawan Temple, continue to Phaeng Waterfall and Dom Sila Viewpoint, and end on Hin Kong Beach, with Magic Stones as one more stop. The villa also offers tours for guests who want to see more of the island. Back at the villa, the shared lounge and TV area and the terrace are there for the evening.
