The room at family resort measures 40 m² and has a king bed for up to two guests. It comes with air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and a separate dining area with a dining table.

Children are welcome at the resort, and a baby cot or crib may be requested directly from the property, subject to availability. The room also has a fan, an electric kettle and bottled water.

The resort has a garden, a hot tub and a shared kitchen with a BBQ grill, and a refrigerator, dishes and dining utensils are provided for guests. Fishing is one of the main activities here, with a dedicated fishing area and fishing equipment provided.

Guests can also use the shared kitchen to prepare their own meals, and the garden is part of the grounds.

Koh Phayam is a small island in the Andaman Sea, off Ranong province in southern Thailand, and family resort stands within a short walk of its beaches. Ranong province on the mainland is the usual starting point for the crossing. The pace on the island is slow, with a string of bays and small villages along the coast, and the sea is never far from the resort.

Chedi Loi Nam Beach is about 650 m away, and Ao Mae Mai Beach lies about 1 km from the resort. The island's pier, around 900 m away, is where ferries from the mainland arrive, so the journey to the island is by boat. Hin Talu, a viewpoint about 1.4 km away, gives a view over the coastline.

A good day here is built around the sea: spend time on Chedi Loi Nam Beach, then head to the Hin Talu viewpoint in the afternoon. Ao Mae Mai village, close by, gives a glimpse of everyday life on the island. Fishing fits well into a quiet day, and the Bot Klang Thale pagoda, about 400 m from the resort, makes an easy stop nearby. Guests who prefer their own meals can use the shared kitchen after a day on the water.
