Evergreen Resort

The rooms at Evergreen Resort include a 32 m² junior suite, several villas and superior rooms of 25 m², with city, garden, beach and sea views across the property. Rooms can have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer, as well as individual air conditioning.

Rooms can also have a desk, a refrigerator, an in-room safe box, a mini bar and a balcony or terrace, along with an electric kettle, a coffee or tea maker and free bottled water. The bed set-up depends on the room you choose, and a baby cot can be requested for younger children.

The resort has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a children's swimming pool and a hot tub, along with a private beach. Snorkelling, diving and boating are offered, as are tours, bicycle rental and car hire. An airport transfer and a shuttle service are also offered.

Dining is covered by restaurants, a bar and a poolside bar, and an Asian breakfast is served. A 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing services, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes are also available.

The grounds include a garden and a terrace, and the facilities include a gift shop, a salon and a convenience store. Free parking on site and free WiFi in all rooms are also offered.

Evergreen Resort sits in Chaweng, the busiest beach area on Koh Samui, where a long sandy bay stretches beside the main road and shops, bars and restaurants line the streets behind the sand. The area is lively in the evenings, with a night market close by and food stalls along the roads, so guests who want dinner and a stroll have plenty close at hand. Walking the sand in the early evening is a simple way to see the whole bay from one end to the other.

Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 150 m from the resort, and the Night Market is 300 m away. Chaweng Yai Beach is 450 m away on foot, and Samui Airport is 1.9 km away, close enough for arrivals and departures. Pagoda Khao Hua Jook is also nearby, a Buddhist pagoda in the neighbourhood around the resort.

For a day out, the Big Buddha temple and the Na Muang Waterfall are two of the island's best-known sights, and the Samui Crocodile Farm is a popular stop for travellers with children. Tours can be arranged, and the beach and the shopping streets make a relaxed base for a day that moves between sea, shops and temples.
