Duangjitt Resort and Spa offers deluxe rooms and bungalows with garden views or pool views, and several of them have a bathtub. Depending on the room, guests can find air conditioning, a desk, an in-room safe, a coffee or tea maker, a balcony or terrace, and a hair dryer.

Patong is one of the busiest beach areas on Phuket, where the streets behind the sand are lined with restaurants, bars and night markets. Duangjitt Resort and Spa is on Phachanukroh Road, about 250 m from Patong Beach, so the sand is an easy walk away for a morning swim or an evening stroll along the bay. Karon Beach, the next bay to the south, is also reachable by road.

Bangla Road, the best-known street for nightlife in Patong, lies about 1.2 km from the resort, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, about 1.3 km away, brings together shops and restaurants under one roof. Freedom Beach, a smaller and quieter cove, is also close by. Further afield, Wat Chalong, one of the island's most revered temples, is about 6.5 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 25.3 km from the resort.

A good day could start with a swim at Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha on the nearby hills, and end with dinner and a walk along Bangla Road. Phuket is connected by road to the rest of the island and to the airport, so a taxi or a car is the simplest way to reach the sights further afield.
