Dreamland Resort

Rooms at Dreamland Resort measure 16 or 20 m² and sleep between two and ten guests. Several have a garden view, and the rooms can be air-conditioned, with a private bathroom and a shower.

Rooms can also have a balcony or terrace, a fan, a desk and a socket near the bed. One room sleeps up to ten guests, and the rest of the rooms sleep between two and five.

Dreamland Resort has an outdoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, with a poolside bar beside them, and a garden with a terrace. Massage, diving, fishing and tours are offered, along with car hire, a taxi service and a shuttle service.

Day-to-day services include currency exchange, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, daily housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning. There is a doctor or nurse on call, and facilities for disabled guests.

Air conditioning covers the public areas, Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and in the public areas, and the resort has free on-site parking. Ticket services and 24-hour security are also available, and English and Thai are spoken on site.

Thong Nai Pan Yai is a stretch of Ko Pha-ngan's coast where a sandy beach curves between green hills and a small village. The beach is 50 m from the resort and is quieter than the nightlife-focused beaches elsewhere on the island, and the hills around it are green and rural. The island's full moon parties take place at Haad Rin, at the southern end of the island, far from this quieter coast. Thong Nai Pan Noi, the neighbouring bay, lies along the same stretch of coast.

Wat Thong Nai Pan, a small pagoda, is the nearest sight, and Than Sadet waterfall lies 2.8 km away in the hills. Bottle Beach (Hat Khuat), 3.4 km away, is another beach to explore. Salad Beach and Ao Chaloklum Bay are further round the island, and Diamond Muay Thai, a Muay Thai gym, is also in the area. Samui Airport is 24.8 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, and Ko Pha-ngan is reached by boat rather than by road from there.

A good day here combines a swim at the beach with a walk to Than Sadet waterfall and an evening at the resort's pool and bar. Diving, fishing and tours can be arranged through the resort, so a day on the water or in the hills is easy to plan.
