The whole house is let to one party, with room for up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen, so guests can cook for themselves, and the pool, the kitchen and the bedrooms are shared by the whole group.

The private pool belongs to the villa itself, and the bed set-ups offer a choice of a king bed or a queen bed. The house is booked as a single property, so the rooms and the outdoor space are used by the same group from start to finish.

The villa has a gym and a lift, and free parking is available on site. The washer and a laundromat nearby cover laundry, cleaning supplies are provided for guests, and there is a balcony or terrace.

All children are welcome, and a baby cot or crib can be requested from the property, subject to availability. Extra beds can also be requested directly, though additional charges may apply.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a stove, plus dishes and dining utensils, so guests can prepare their own meals. Cooking equipment and the freezer are part of the kitchen, so the house is ready for meals at home.

The villa stands on Soi Sukhumvit 65 in Phra Khanong, a residential part of east Bangkok where quiet lanes run off the busy Sukhumvit Road. Shophouses, local eateries and small shops line the nearby streets, giving the area an everyday feel. It appeals to guests who want their own pool and kitchen and still want easy access to the city by train.

The Ekkamai BTS station is about 650 m away, and the Sukhumvit line is the simplest way to reach the central districts. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market open at weekends, is 9.5 km away, and the Grand Palace is around 11 km away in the old city, with Wat Arun just across the river. The Bangkok Bus Terminal (Eastern) is 800 m away for travel to the east.

The bus terminal makes the area useful for onward travel by coach as well as by train. For a day out, combine the Chatuchak market on a weekend with an afternoon among the temples along the river. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 17.8 km away, and guests who drive can use the free parking on site. Plan the day around the BTS line, which connects the villa to the central districts and to the riverside sights.
