Air conditioning is in every room, and the studios and apartments measure between 25 and 34 m² and sleep up to two guests each. Guests can choose a studio or an apartment with more or less floor space, depending on their needs.

Beds are a double, a king, a queen or two single beds, depending on the room you choose. Several rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, and the apartments and studios are set up for two guests.

Lamai is a beach town on Koh Samui with a long sandy shore and a lively mix of dive centres and massage shops along the roads behind the sand. DB Studios Samui is a short stroll from the water, with Lamai Beach 250 m away, so the sea is easy to reach on foot from the property.

The rock formations of Hin Ta and Hin Yai, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, lie 750 m away. The Lamai Night Market, with food stalls and everyday goods, is 1.5 km from the property, and Na Muang Waterfall is 5.6 km away. Samui Airport is 10.3 km away, and the property offers an airport transfer.

A day could begin on Lamai Beach and continue to the rocks, then head to the night market in the evening, when the food stalls are busiest and the streets come alive. Several dive operators and a massage studio are close by, so an afternoon can be spent in the water and then at a massage before heading to the market in the evening. Na Muang Waterfall makes a longer outing on Koh Samui for those who want a change of scene, and the beaches of Chaweng Noi and Maenam are further afield.
