Day Inn

All the rooms at Day Inn have free Wi-Fi, and several of them overlook the city, while one looks onto the courtyard. Some rooms have a private entrance, blackout curtains or soundproofing, and one has a balcony or terrace. Toiletries are provided in several rooms, and two of them also have a hair dryer.

The two suites, at 40 m² and 48 m², both have air conditioning and a city view, and the 48 m² suite also has a separate shower and bathtub. Some rooms also have a mini bar, a coffee or tea maker and a desk, and several rooms sleep up to four guests.

Day Inn has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna and a hot spring bath, and a massage service is also offered. There is a shared lounge and TV area, and guests can go fishing or play billiards on site.

The front desk is open 24 hours, and there is a concierge, a laundry service and an airport transfer. A shuttle service and a taxi service are also offered, as well as a bar, room service, grocery delivery and food delivery. A vending machine is also available on the property. On-site parking is available for a daily fee, and bicycle parking is provided too. The property is wheelchair accessible.

Day Inn lies on the eastern side of Bangkok, in the Min Buri district, an area of residential streets and local businesses rather than the old-town temples or the riverside. Quick access to the airports and a quieter neighbourhood to come back to after a day in the city make it a practical choice.

Around the hotel there are a few local green spaces and temples. L Park and the Palm Course golf course are both close by, and the pagoda at Wat Samma Chanyawat is a short distance away. The Outer Ring Road-Ram Inthra MRT station, 3 km away, is the nearest rail link. Don Mueang International Airport is the closer of the two airports at 12.9 km, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 17.8 km away, so the hotel's airport transfer is worth knowing about. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's best-known markets, is a longer trip from here.

For a day out, the Grand Palace is 24.6 km away in the old city, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Phra Kaew, stands within its grounds. Across the Chao Phraya river, Wat Arun is another temple worth seeing, and the old city makes a full day of sightseeing with a river view.
