Da Kanda Villa Beach Resort

The rooms at Da Kanda Villa Beach Resort are villas, cottages and bungalows, ranging from garden-view rooms to a Beachfront Villa with a beach view and a Villa with Beach Access that has a sea view. Rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, an in-room safe, a refrigerator and a balcony or terrace.

The Deluxe Cottage measures 50 m² and the Villa Double or Twin 46 m², with a choice of bed set-ups. The Family Villa measures 40 m² and sleeps up to five guests. Da Kanda Villa Beach Resort sits in Thong Sala, the main town of Ko Pha-ngan in the Gulf of Thailand. Thong Sala is a working island town rather than a quiet cove, with shops, cafes and the island's ferry pier close by, and several Muay Thai gyms in the streets around the resort. Most places in town are a short walk from the resort, since the Chinese Temple and the public park both lie less than a kilometre away, so the town's services are reachable on foot.

Thong Sala Beach is 50 m from the resort, the closest stretch of sand. The Chinese Temple and a kiteboarding centre are a short walk away, and the Koh Phangan Public Park offers green space in town. For a longer trip, Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach on the east coast is 10.1 km away.

A typical day can begin with a swim at Thong Sala Beach, followed by a walk into town to the Chinese Temple and the public park. The ferry pier is close to the resort, and boats run between the island, the mainland and Ko Samui; Samui Airport lies 19.1 km away across the water, so the last part of the journey is by boat.
