Every room at Crystal Bay Tropical Residence has air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and a flat-screen TV, and the rooms measure between 25 and 90 m². Several rooms have a mountain view, and most of the apartments have a full kitchen with a dining table and an electric kettle.

The studios measure 25 to 60 m² and sleep up to two guests, while the apartments measure 40 to 90 m² and sleep up to four. Some rooms add a balcony or a terrace, such as the Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment with Balcony and the Apartment with Terrace. Each room has its own private bathroom.

The Lamai Night Market is a lively evening market with street food, and the Lamai Fresh Food Market is a local market for fresh produce. Wat Lamai, a temple 2.3 km away, is a pagoda worth a visit. The rock formations known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, at Hin Ta and Hin Yai, are 3.6 km away and make a good photo stop. The island's airport, Samui Airport (USM), is 8.3 km away, and Chaweng Noi Beach is 3 km away.

A day here can start with a swim or a walk on Lamai Beach, continue with a round of golf on the course at the property, and end at the night market. The rocks and the temple can be combined into one afternoon out, and Chaweng Noi Beach makes a second beach to visit for those who want a change of scene.
