Coco Lanta Resort

All rooms at Coco Lanta Resort have air conditioning. The rooms run from 15 m² doubles and bunk rooms to 25 m² family rooms, and some family rooms sleep up to four guests. Garden views come with several of the rooms, and garden-view rooms look out over the garden.

The choice includes bungalows, garden-view rooms and family rooms, where a king or queen bed is paired with bunk beds. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace, and others have a separate shower and bathtub. Rooms are arranged on the ground floor and on the second floor, and free WiFi is available in all rooms.

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's pool, along with a fitness centre, a spa with a sauna, and a yoga room. A massage service, a library and a garden are also offered, and there is a terrace.

Food and drink come from the restaurant and the poolside bar, and breakfast is served à la carte, as a buffet or as a continental breakfast. Restaurant lunch and dinner are available, and food delivery is offered.

Free parking is available, and free WiFi covers all rooms, with WiFi also available in public areas. An airport transfer and a taxi service are offered, and car hire is also available. Tours, diving, snorkelling and fishing are offered as well.

Koh Lanta is a long island in the Andaman Sea, reached by ferry from the Krabi mainland. Khlong Khong Beach is 50 m from the property, and the village of Haad Khlong Khong lies 450 m away. Daily life in the area centres on the beach and the village.

Lung Phon Beach is another beach nearby along the coast, and Phra Ae Beach, also known as Long Beach, lies further on, so the sand is never far from the resort. Khao Mai Kaew Cave is 6.5 km away, and Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a protected area of the island, is 14 km from the resort. Krabi International Airport is 58.2 km away on the mainland, so the final stretch of the journey is by boat.

A day here can start on the beach at Khlong Khong and continue with a visit to the cave or a trip to the national park. Monday Market is a local market on the island, a good stop for everyday island life. Back at the resort, the swimming pools, the spa and the library make a slower afternoon easy to plan, and the restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The spa offers a sauna after a day out, and the yoga room is there for a quieter hour.
