Coco Cottage Resort

The cottages and bungalows at Coco Cottage Resort face the sea, the pool or the garden, and a partial sea view is offered as well. Rooms measure 26 m², 35 m² or 38 m², and one cottage sleeps up to four guests, while the others sleep up to three.

Several rooms have air conditioning, blackout curtains and a fan, and several have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and toiletries. Some rooms also have soundproofing, an umbrella and a socket near the bed. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, so guests can stay connected from any cottage or bungalow on the island.

Coco Cottage Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace, with restaurants and a bar on site. The restaurant serves à la carte dishes, and coffee and tea are served there. Watersport equipment rentals, canoeing, hiking, snorkelling and tours are offered at the resort. Indoors there is a library and a game room with billiards, table tennis and foosball tables.

Guests can also use luggage storage and the safety deposit boxes, and daily housekeeping is provided. Ticket services are also offered. The resort has a shuttle service and an airport transfer, and Wi-Fi is available in the public areas as well as free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Koh Ngai is a small island in the Andaman Sea, off the coast of Trang province in southern Thailand, and it is reached by boat rather than by road. Visitors come for the beaches, the snorkelling and a slower pace of life, and Coco Cottage Resort sits on the island with its cottages and bungalows a short distance from the shore. The last stretch of the journey is by boat from the mainland pier, so the crossing is part of the island experience.

Ao Na Ko, the nearest beach, is 550 m from the resort, and a snorkelling spot lies 900 m away. Ao Ta Pang, a bay on the island's coast, is 1.2 km away, and Ao Kra Yi, another beach further along the coast, is 2 km away. Trang Airport is the closer of the two airports, 46.1 km away on the mainland, and Krabi International Airport lies further off.

A day could begin with a swim at Ao Na Ko and a snorkelling trip from the resort, then a visit to Ao Ta Pang bay later on. Canoeing and hiking are also offered at the resort. In the rainy months rough seas can disrupt boat trips to and from the island.
