Chaweng Resort

Chaweng Resort offers rooms and bungalows, many with garden views, and a sea-view bungalow. Bed set-ups include king, double and single beds, and the bungalows are for up to three guests each.

Wat Chaweng, a pagoda in the area, lies about 2 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 5.9 km away. Samui Airport is 3.4 km from the resort, and an airport transfer is offered. Lamai Beach, another long stretch of sand on the island, makes a good day out for a beach lover.

A full day could begin with a swim at Chaweng Noi Beach, continue to Wat Chaweng and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end at the Walking Street after dark. The Na Muang Waterfall in the island's interior makes a good half-day trip, and the evening market in Chaweng sells street food and local goods.
