Chaweng Residence has studios and suites, with views over the city and the mountains. The Deluxe studio is 35 m² with a king bed, the Zen Suite is 28 m² with a queen bed, and the Deluxe Room measures 37 m² and sleeps up to three guests.

The Deluxe studio and the Zen Suite both have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, plus an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV and a streaming service.

The Night Market, which sells street food and everyday goods, is 1.6 km away, and Wat Chaweng, a Buddhist temple, is also nearby. Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 1.5 km away, and Samui Airport (USM) is 3.2 km from the property, with an airport transfer available from the hotel.
