Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha statue, is 4.4 km away, and Samui Airport is 1.9 km away.

A good day could begin on Chaweng Yai Beach, continue to Big Buddha and Fisherman's Village, which is 4.6 km away, and finish with an evening walk along the Walking street. Car hire is offered at the resort, so the sights further inland are easier to reach. For a different pace, Na Muang Waterfall lies in the island's interior, a longer trip from the coast. The resort's own private beach gives guests a quieter stretch of sand within the same bay.
