Chabana Resort

Chabana Resort offers rooms and suites, several with lake views and some with a king bed or a whirlpool bathtub. Rooms can have individual air conditioning, blackout curtains, an in-room safe and a refrigerator, and private bathrooms with a shower, toiletries and towels.

Cherng Talay is a resort area on the western side of Phuket, a few kilometres from the long sandy beaches of Bang Tao and close to the Laguna golf courses. Life here is calmer than in Patong, the island's best-known beach town, and the sea is close by without the bars and crowds of the main nightlife district.

Bang Tao Beach is the nearest beach, 2.3 km from the resort, with a long stretch of sand. The Bang Tao Night Market, 950 m away, sells street food and everyday goods in the evening, and Wat Choeng Thale, a Buddhist temple 1.2 km away, is an easy visit for anyone who wants to see a temple nearby. Phuket is best explored by car or scooter, since most sights are spread across the island, and Patong Beach is 9.7 km away with its busy bars and nightlife.

A day out could start on Bang Tao Beach, continue with a meal at the night market and end with an evening at Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park and show venue. Phuket International Airport is 13 km away for guests arriving by air, and parking nearby is available for those arriving by car, and the Laguna area is close by for anyone who wants a round of golf.
