Central Residences

The rooms at Central Residences all measure 40 m², and the bed choices run from king beds and double beds to single beds in twin layouts. Some rooms have a city view, and some rooms sleep two guests while others sleep up to three.

Extra beds depend on the room you choose, and an extra bed carries an additional charge. Children aged 4 to 10 stay free of charge when they use the existing bedding, infants aged 0 to 3 stay free too, and a baby cot can be requested from the property, subject to availability. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Central Residences has a garden and a terrace, along with a shared lounge and TV area, restaurants and vending machines on site. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, WiFi is also offered in the public areas, a laptop workspace is available, and there is free parking on site as well as parking nearby.

Central Residences sits in Phuket Town, the island's administrative centre, on Vichitsongkram Road. The town feels different from the beach resorts along the island's coasts: its historic core is built from Sino-Portuguese shophouses that date from the tin-mining boom, and the streets around the property mix shops, offices and everyday local life. It is a good choice for travellers who want to be in the town itself rather than on the sand.

Central Festival Phuket is 700 m away, and the Aquaria Phuket aquarium is also close by. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's most revered Buddhist temples, is 6.2 km away, while the Big Buddha statue, on a hilltop, lies 9.4 km away. Patong Beach, a lively resort strip with the Bangla Road nightlife, is 7.3 km away, and Baan Chinpracha, a Sino-Portuguese mansion turned museum, is in town.

Getting around the island usually means a taxi, a songthaew or a hired car, since the property is reached by road from Phuket International Airport, 24.8 km away. A full day could start with the old town and Baan Chinpracha, continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end on the beach strip at Patong in the evening.
