The rooms at Castaway Beach Bungalows include a 44 m² one-bedroom house with a queen bed, a 12 m² small double room with a balcony or terrace, double rooms of 20 m² and a 30 m² bungalow. Several rooms sleep two guests, and others sleep up to three.

Several rooms have a sea view and a private entrance, and their private bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toiletries and towels. Some rooms have a refrigerator, a coffee or tea maker or a balcony, and some have a socket near the bed. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the grounds include a garden and a sun terrace.

Wat Samai Kongka, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 1 km away, and Wake Park Phangan, a water sports park, is 1.1 km away. Ao Sri Thanu, a beach in the Srithanu village area, is one more stretch of sand to explore nearby. Samui Airport is 23.7 km away on Ko Samui, so the last part of the trip to the island is by boat, and Surat Thani Airport is on the mainland.

A good day could start at the viewpoint, followed by a yoga class or a swim at the resort's own beach and an afternoon exploring the coast by bicycle. Tours can be arranged for longer outings, and diving and snorkelling are available for those who want to see the water. For dinner, the restaurant serves Thai and European dishes, and the Food Market in the village is a short distance away.
