Captan Home

The rooms at Captan Home come in two sizes. The private rooms measure 24 m² and have a private bathroom, a balcony or terrace and a fan, with a queen bed or a king bed for up to two guests.

The dormitory rooms measure 14 m² and have shared bathrooms and bunk beds, with room for four guests in one room and a single guest in another. A room assigned on arrival can take up to three guests.

Captan Home offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms and in the public areas, along with internet services, and free parking on site. Valet parking is also available.

Captan Home also has family rooms and non-smoking rooms. Guests can stay connected in their room or in the public areas, where Wi-Fi is also free.

Haad Chao Phao is an area on the coast of Ko Pha-ngan, a relaxed corner of the island with yoga studios close to the beaches. It suits anyone who wants unhurried days of swimming, reading and watching the sunset.

Several beaches, including Haad Son and Zen, are within a short distance. Haad Son Beach is about 600 m away, and the pagoda Wat Sri Thanu, in the village of Srithanu, is 950 m away. Scooters and songthaews are the usual way to get around the island, and the Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint is 2.7 km away. Samui Airport is 26.4 km away on Ko Samui, so the last stage of a trip to Ko Pha-ngan is by boat rather than by road. Ao Chaloklum Bay is also a good choice for a day out, on the other side of the island.

A good day could start with a swim at Haad Son Beach, continue with a visit to the local food market, and finish at the Sunset Low Tide Viewpoint, where the sun goes down over the flats when the tide is out. Blue Horizon Diving is also nearby, for anyone who wants to spend a day underwater, and yoga and time on the beach are the main things to plan around here.
