Bundhaya Villas

Rooms at Bundhaya Villas measure between 54 and 127 m². Several sleep up to three guests, and the two-bedroom family suite sleeps up to six. Some rooms have a sea view and others overlook the garden, and the family suite has a partial sea view.

Some rooms have a whirlpool bathtub or a separate shower and bathtub, and several come with bathrobes, toiletries and a hair dryer. A few have a balcony or terrace with a mini bar and a refrigerator, and some have air conditioning, blackout curtains and a coffee and tea maker. Satellite or cable channels and a telephone come with the family suite and with a garden-view room.

The resort has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, plus a children's swimming pool. The spa has a sauna and a hot tub, massage is available, and there is a fitness centre.

The resort has a private beach, and watersport equipment can be rented. Snorkelling, diving and canoeing are offered, and tours are available. The garden and terrace are also part of the grounds, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The restaurants serve buffet, continental, American and vegetarian breakfast, along with a la carte dishes, BBQ, international and Chinese cuisine, and room service. Other services include an airport transfer, currency exchange, laundry service, luggage storage and a gift and souvenir shop.

Ko Lipe is a small island in Satun province in the Andaman Sea, close to the Malaysian border, and it is reached by speedboat from the mainland. Because the island is small, the beaches, shops and the pier are all within a short distance of one another. Bundhaya Villas is in the Pattaya Beach area, and the sand of Pattaya Beach is 50 m away, so the water is close to the rooms.

Sunrise Beach and Karma Beach are close by, Sunset Beach is 950 m away, and Walking Street, the island's pedestrian lane, is 300 m away. Further afield, View Point 3 is 3.3 km away and offers views over the water, and the bay of Ao Pat Ta Ya is 600 m from the resort. All of these beaches are within a short distance of the resort, and of one another.

Ko Lipe has no airport, so the last stage of the journey is by boat from the mainland, and Bundhaya Villas offers an airport transfer. For a day out, the sea is the main draw: the resort offers snorkelling, diving and canoeing, and watersport equipment can be rented from the hotel. Tours can also be arranged, and the Ko Lipe ferry terminal is part of the arrival route for most visitors.
