Brightstar Hostel

All the rooms at Brightstar Hostel have air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The accommodation is made up of mixed dormitories with bunk beds, measuring 35 m² and 24 m², sleeping up to ten and up to six guests.

Both dormitories have a shared bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels. Blackout curtains, linens, reading lights and a hair dryer are also provided, and the sockets are near the beds.

Brightstar Hostel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms, and Wi-Fi is also available in the public areas. The hostel offers tours, and staff speak English and Thai.

Brightstar Hostel is in the Ao Lo Dalam area of Ko Phi Phi, an island in Krabi province in southern Thailand known for its limestone cliffs and its bays. The island has no airport, so the nearest is Krabi International Airport, 45.4 km away on the mainland. Boats are the usual way to reach the bays and beaches around the island.

Ton Sai Bay is 900 m from the hostel, and Loh Dalum Bay is 700 m away. Ton Sai village, with its beach road lined with bars and food stalls, is the island's main settlement nearby. The Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint, a lookout 500 m away, offers a view over the bays, and Ton Sai Pier, the ferry terminal, is 950 m away.

The best-known excursion from the island is a boat trip to Maya Bay on Ko Phi Phi Leh, a bay with white sand and clear water. The snorkelling spots around Ko Phi Phi Leh are also reached by boat from the island, so a day on the water can cover both in a single trip. Brightstar Hostel also offers tours, and the Ton Sai village area, with its beach road and its pier, is close to the hostel.
