The rooms at Black & White Bungalows include standard rooms of 22 m², superior rooms of 24 to 30 m², and a 45 m² superior room for up to four guests. Several rooms have a garden or mountain view and air conditioning.

Many rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, and several include a mini bar, a refrigerator and free bottled water. The rooms with one single bed and one double bed sleep two or three guests, depending on the type, and Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. It is a lively beach village, and the property is close to both its beach and its nightlife.

Haad Rin Nai beach is 350 m away, and the Haad Rin Queen ferry terminal is 800 m away, so both the sea and the boats are a short stroll from the rooms. Samui Airport is 14.7 km away on the neighbouring island of Ko Samui, so the journey from the airport ends with a boat crossing to Ko Pha-ngan.

A day out could begin with a swim at Haad Rin Nai and continue to Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach, which is 9.7 km away by road across the island. Boats between the islands are a regular part of getting around, so allow time for the crossing. In the rainy months, rough seas can disrupt the boat crossings, so it helps to plan the island journey around the sea conditions of the day.
