A full day can start on Patong Beach, which has water sports and boat trips along its sand, and continue to Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the best-known temples on the island, 7.2 km away. Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with an evening show, is 6.2 km away. Phuket International Airport is 23.1 km away, so arrivals by air need a road journey to reach Patong.
