Benjamas Place offers twin, double and apartment rooms, with king, single, double and queen beds depending on the room. Rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a kitchenette or a private entrance, and several rooms also have a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. The two apartments measure 45 m² each.

The Big Buddha, on a hilltop 3.3 km away, is the best-known landmark nearby, and Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most visited temples, is 3.4 km away. The night market is 150 m from the property, and boat trips to nearby islands depart from Chalong Pier, 650 m away. Phuket Orchid Farm is a small garden with orchids and plants, a quiet place to spend an hour.

Phuket is an island linked to the mainland by a bridge, so arriving by car is straightforward. Getting around is easiest by car or scooter, since the Kata, Karon and Nai Harn beaches are further from Chalong than Chalong Beach. A good day here starts at the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, continues to Chalong Pier to see the boats, and ends at the night market. Chalong is also a practical base for exploring the island's temples and beaches.
