Baywater Resort Koh Samui

Accommodation at Baywater Resort Koh Samui is a mix of deluxe rooms, a Club Pool Villa, a deluxe suite and a deluxe villa, and several rooms offer a pool view. Rooms can have air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, a refrigerator and a balcony or terrace, and in-room extras include bathrobes, slippers and a hair dryer.

Choeng Mon is a village on Koh Samui, the island in the Gulf of Thailand, and it sits beside the Bophut area, known for its fishermen's village. Here the beach, the village and the island's main roads sit close together, so the resort is a short distance from both the sand and the shops of the area. From here, the temples and sights of the island are a few kilometres away, and the main roads run past the village.

Choeng Mon Beach is 600 m from the resort, and Wat Plai Laem, a temple on the coast, is 1.5 km away. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue, lies 2.2 km away, and Samui Airport is 3.3 km away. Getting around the island is mostly by road, and the resort offers car hire, a shuttle service and a taxi service.

Day trips can take in Na Muang Waterfall and the Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks, or the beaches at Chaweng Noi and Lamai. Closer to home, the Samui Elephant Sanctuary in Bophut and the Samui Crocodile Farm are two of the attractions nearby, and Thongson Bay Beach and Samrong Beach are close by, so there is more sand to choose from.
