Every accommodation at Ban sabai woktum has air conditioning and a garden view. The apartments and the studio measure between 28 m² and 75 m², and each one has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and a fan. Toiletries, towels and linens are provided in every room.

Ko Pha-ngan Pier, the island's ferry terminal, is 2.1 km away, and Samui Airport on Ko Samui is the nearest airport at 21.9 km, across the water, so the last part of the journey is by boat. Ferries and boats link the island with the mainland and Ko Samui, so the pier is the place to plan onward travel.

A day here can start with a swim at the property's pools and a walk to Ao Plaaylaem Beach, and the Wat Am Pha Wan pagoda makes an easy visit afterwards.
