Balcony Hostel Patong

The rooms at Balcony Hostel Patong all measure 12 m² and have air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The hostel offers a Standard Double Room with a shower and a double bed, and mixed dormitory rooms with bunk beds and a shared bathroom, so guests can choose between a private room and a bed in a shared room.

Guests who want to be close to the action will find it easy to walk to most things, and in the evening the streets fill with night markets and cabaret shows.

Patong Beach is a short walk from the hostel, and the Chinese Temple, Malin Plaza Patong and the Dragon Night Market are all within a few hundred metres. Bangla Road, the street known for its nightlife, is 1.4 km away, and the Jungceylon Shopping Center is close by. Wat Chalong, one of Phuket's most revered temples, is about 6 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large hilltop statue, is 6.3 km away. Phuket is a large island, so sights further afield take longer to reach by road.

A full day could start at Patong Beach, continue at the Big Buddha in the afternoon and finish on Bangla Road in the evening. Karon and Kata beaches are a drive away along the island's roads, and Phuket International Airport is 25.6 km from the hostel, so allow time for the journey when you plan your arrival.
